Lord,
We thank you for the joy that this reunion brings
and the opportunity it gives us to renew our friendship and to refresh our
memories of our apprenticeship and student years together.
On this
occasion we especially remember our colleagues who have passed on and we thank
you for their lives with us.
We also place before you, their families
and those who are unable to be with us for today's celebration.
We thank
you too for all those who have organised, or in any way, contributed to this
happy and special day.
We seek your blessing on us and on the food that
we are about to receive.
